About the Role
We are a progressive Reggio Inspired preschool looking for someone to join our community
We are looking for full or part-time break support teachers to help provide support for our Infant-PreK classrooms

We are looking for someone joyful, responsible with strong communication skills to both children and adults. We are looking for someone with a warm nature that is flexible.
Experience with Reggio philosophy or Montessori is an added plus for us but we are willing to train.
Break Support must have experience working with children in any setting and be someone that is joyful, responsible with strong communication skills to both children and adults.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 3:45pm
Part time is also an option for the hours of 8:00am- 12:45pm or 12:30- 3:45pm.

Requirements
Must be in the Central Background Registry
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Associates or Higher Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Must have a current First Aid/CPR and Food Handlers Cards, Certification in Recognizing Reporting and Recording Child Abuse and Neglect and Introduction to Child Care Health Safety and Nutrition or be able to get within 30 days of hiring
Preferred: at least one year experience working with 1-5 year olds in a certified child care program
Preferred: knowledge of early childhood development, age appropriate activities and practice for preschool age children, and developmentally appropriate behavior management techniques.
